Noel began her professional career as an Event Planner back in 2001, when she was just 21 years old.  Owner of “Here Comes The Planner", she ran the business out of her Eastchester, New York office, planning events, managing budgets, training employees, and working with a variety of vendors and suppliers.  She learned exactly what it took to create a successful business.

Her big break came when she was featured on the ABC Family Reality Show: “The Perfect Match”, and was portrayed as an event coordinator. Shortly after, in 2005, Noel founded her second business, Operation PROM, (now known as the Operation Prom National Network, Inc.) a Not-for-Profit organization.  She was inspired by the weddings she planned to collect those once-worn bridesmaid dresses and turn them into a young lady’s dream Prom dress.

The Operation Prom National Network, Inc. has dozens of locations across the U.S. that help low-income students attend their Proms by providing free Prom dresses and tuxedos. Noel and the organization have been featured on countless local and national news networks and media outlets, including: CNN, Fox's Good Day New York, NBC Nightly News, ABC's Dateline, The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Woman's Day, Westchester Magazine, and The Journal News.
